We are committed to making the whole process as straightforward and stress-free as possible. Fixed Fees for Financial Cases

We offer a fixed fee appointment with one of our specialist solicitors for £100 plus VAT. This enables our clients to be provided with information regarding the process, Court proceedings and other options available such as mediation.

lf Court proceedings are necessary then our fixed fees offer cost effective solutions:-

The fixed fees do not cover work in between hearings, unforeseen circumstances or complex issues which require extra work or fees for valuers or other professionals needed to help the case.

We also offer a range of fees to cover other services where an application to the Court may not be necessary when parties have agreed a way forward between themselves either directly or with the assistance of mediators or solicitors.

These fees do not cover the negotiation of an agreement or dealing with any issues that arise in relation to the terms of the agreement. If such situations arise we would discuss the extra costs with the client before proceeding with may such steps.
